Terms of service:
All orders placed will ship by the next business day using the most economical way, all international orders will ship via United States postal service. An email will be sent to you once the order was shipped with tracking and order information. We accept only the following payment options visa or master card no other options are available. We can only ship to an address that matches your credit card information (no others will be shipped). Warranty: All Driven Racing products are warrantied for a period of 1 year for date of purchase to the original owner. Retail Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund using your original method of payment. (Yes, 100% of the original purchase price less the shipping expense we incurred getting the product to you.) All products returned must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags included. Once the items are ridden in or installed on the bike we are unable to take them back. The only exception to this would be defective items. (Please see Warranty Terms below). Eligible returns or exchanges must be arranged within 30 calendar days from shipping date. The return or exchange must be shipped back to Driven Racing within 10 business days from receipt of RMA #. We reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee when the item in question does not meet our return criteria. Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. If you install the parts or ride in the gear at all it is used and cannot be resold. Special order items and or any item made to a custom spec (custom size, color etc...) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. Any part that shows signs of being installed may not be returned.
Note: All Driven products are sold as is with no other claims made or implied. All Driven Racing products must be installed by a qualified mechanic. All Driven Racing products are sold for off road close course use only.
Dealer Return and Exchange Policy
Contact us and request an RMA Number and the shipping address at 818-775-0041 or firstname.lastname@example.org for any eligible item. (Item cannot be used or installed, must have original packaging/tags and no more than 30 days from the date you received the item. All return items must be approved prior to being sent back. The original invoice or original invoice number must be present in order to receive a valid return authorization number. The return authorization number issued must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. All items will be inspected by Driven Racing before any further action takes place. The inspection process may take up to 30 days, but no longer. All return items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Driven Racing/Mantis MAP Policy
Driven Racing / Mantis reserves the right, in its unilateral discretion, to take other action with respect to any reseller that violates this MAP Policy.
The MAP Policy will be enforced by Driven Racing / Mantis in its sole discretion.
The maximum discount on any Driven/Mantis product will not exceed 10% off our msrp!
Driven Racing / Mantis recognizes that any authorized Driven Racing / Mantis account can make its own decisions to advertise and sell any Driven Racing / Mantis product at any price it chooses without consulting or advising Driven Racing / Mantis. Driven Racing / Mantis similarly has the right to make its own independent decision regarding product allocations and reseller participation as a member of the Driven Racing / Mantis Authorized Reseller Program – at any time. All Products listed will have a MAP retail price. Listing a price other than the MAP retail price next to the featured MAP Product in any advertising will be viewed as a violation of this MAP Policy.
This MAP Policy applies to all advertisement of MAP Products in any and all media, including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines catalogs, mail order catalogs, internet or similar electronic media including websites, forums, email newsletters, email solicitations, television, radio, and public signage. Such website features as “Click for price”, automated “bounce – back” pricing e-mails, pre-formatted e-mail responses, forms, automatic price display for any items prior to being placed in a customer’s shopping cart, and other similar features are considered to be communications initiated by the reseller (rather than by the customer) and this constitutes “advertising” under this MAP Policy.
This MAP Policy also applies to any activity which Driven Racing / Mantis determines, in its sole discretion, is designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this MAP Policy, such as solicitations for ‘group purchases’ and the like. It shall not be a violation of this MAP Policy to advertise in general that the reseller has “the lowest prices” or will match or beat its competitors’ prices, or to use similar phrases; so long as the reseller does not include any advertised price below MAP and otherwise complies with this MAP Policy. From time to time, Driven Racing / Mantis may permit resellers to advertise MAP Products at prices lower than the MAP retail price. In such events, Driven Racing / Mantis reserves the right to modify or suspend the MAP retail price with respect to the affected products for a specified period of time by providing advance notice to all resellers of such changes. Where Driven Racing / Mantis products are bundled with or sold as part of a package that includes other products, it shall be a violation of this MAP Policy to sell or advertise the bundle (or package) at a price that: (a) has the effect of valuing a bundled (or packaged) Driven Racing / Mantis accessory covered by the MAP policy at more than 10% the value of the bundled (or packaged) Driven Racing / Mantis covered by the MAP policy or(b) violates the letter or spirit of the MAP Policy. It shall be a violation of this MAP Policy if products are bundled with or sold as part of a package that includes products not preapproved by Driven Racing / Mantis.
Its shall be a violation of this MAP Policy to include in any advertising for Driven Racing / Mantis Products any additional discount, coupon, gift card, or incentive (whether in the form of a special event, promotion, term of doing business or otherwise) that translates into an immediate price reduction, where the cumulative effect would be to reduce the advertised price of any MAP Product below MAP. Advertising that includes an additional discount, coupon, gift card, points, or any other incentive for future purchases (regardless of whether the future purchases is of a Driven Racing / Mantis product) shall be evaluated under the same guidelines as described in Section 9 regarding product bundling. For example, a gift card redeemable on a future purchase would be considered an “other product” under Section 9. This Section 10 shall not apply to any manufacturer’s rebate from Driven Racing / Mantis on Driven Racing / Mantis Products or its partners’ products.
If a reseller with multiple store locations violates this MAP Policy at any particular store location, then Driven Racing / Mantis will consider this to be a violation by all of the reseller’s locations. Although resellers remain free to establish their own resale prices, Driven Racing / Mantis / reserves the right to cancel all orders and indefinitely refuse to accept any new orders from any resellers following Driven Racing / Mantis’s verification that such reseller has advertised any MAP Products at a net retail sales price less that the then-current MAP retail price established by Driven Racing / Mantis, or if reseller has violated this policy in any other way.
Warranty Terms and conditions:
All DRIVEN RACING products carry a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
Who is covered:
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the product.
What Voids the Warranty?
Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications.
No proof of purchase at the time of warranty. Claimant must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) and a warranty authorization number (RMA) obtained from Driven Racing.(818-775-0041)
Finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt, exposure to chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered.
Extent of Warranty:
Any defective part/parts will be repaired or replaced by Driven Racing furthermore DrivenRacing is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Driven Racing responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the product in question. Any Product returned to Driven Racing must be sent at the customer’s expense along with the proof of purchase and return merchandize authorization (RMA). Driven Racing reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed this warranty is void. Driven Racing is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications. Should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
